Emotional Freedom Technique

Is something stopping you from working the way you want to ? From living the way you want to? A solution is at hand!

EFT is a simple, straightforward and easy to learn technique for approaching mental, emotional and physical problems.  It also has profoundly powerful results.

It may at first sound outlandish, but it gets results, and the results are measurable from the first session - try it and see!

It works using points along the bodys meridians, as with acupuncture, but stimulates the points by tapping or holding them, rather than using needles. Using the technique allows blocked energy to melt away rapidly and gently.

EFT can be done in individual one-to-one sessions, or in a group. If members of a group have a similar issue (for example, public speaking nerves), group work can be an effective solution for all concerned.

You dont need to know the cause or the site of the blocked energy for EFT to work, you dont need to relive distressing traumas to work on reducing the effects they have had. For individual work, more than one treatment may be required to deal with long-term or deep-seated issues. You will be taught the technique during sessions so that you are able to practice EFT for yourself. Effective in reducing:

  • Performance, public speaking or exam nerves
  • Phobias
  • Effects of traumatic experiences
  • Mental or emotional distress
  • Anxiety
  • Compulsive behaviour
  • Hundreds of physical symptoms including headaches, pain and breathing difficulties
