How stressed are you?

This quiz is just to give you an idea about how your physical or mental symptoms, together with their severity, may be indicators of stress. When you have completed the quiz, click the 'submit' button at the end of the form. Your answers will be compiled and calculated, and a 'stress level' (1 of a possible 4) will come back. Your responses and results are for your own information only, and will not be stored.
Stress symptom scale devised by Allen Elkin, PhD, Founder, Stress Management and Counselling Center, New York City. The results offered give your level of stress as a comparison to the results of the many others who have completed Dr Elkin's form.
